What is the pell Grant?

Grant is a public benefit and is awarded to a community that has a proven track record of success in providing quality services to residents and businesses.

In 2015, the City of New York awarded the pele grant to the Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens communities for the purpose of improving and improving quality of life in these communities.

Grant is awarded in five categories, each one of which is related to a specific aspect of the community.

Community Improvement Awards are awarded to improve a specific area of the city.

They can include community improvement projects or programs that improve the quality of a community.

Projects are typically small, targeted, or are focused on improving an area of a city, while programs are larger, longer-term projects.

Communities can be awarded the grant if they: meet criteria for an overall grant of $1.3 million or more; have a history of success or significant improvement of a specific population; are able to demonstrate a strong track record in addressing specific areas of the health, safety and welfare of their residents and/or businesses; and are able and willing to work together with the city to achieve their goals.

Grants are available for both public and private funding, depending on the project and community.

Residents and businesses in the areas awarded the award can also apply to be considered for a grant, but they are not eligible for the pel grant.
